Working out costs
Every project at Kaydia begins with a no-obligation introductory meeting or call (depending on location), where we’ll dive into your vision and tailor a plan to bring it to life. You'll then receive a bespoke quote based on your specific needs.
Your quote will typically include:
• Pre-production planning
• Filming
• Equipment
• Editing
• Delivery of your final footage
Additional services, such as subtitling, a pre-shoot visit, multiple edits from one shoot, or use of an autocue, may incur extra costs. These will be fully discussed and outlined during our initial consultation—transparency is key.
Just need filming for a one-off event or shoot? We do that too. Just ask for a half day or full day rate.

The process
Once you're happy to move forward, we dive into planning. This includes scripting (if needed), storyboarding, location scouting, scheduling, and preparing all the creative elements that will make your video shine.

Every project begins with a relaxed, no-obligation meeting or call where we talk through your ideas, vision, and the type of video(s) you’re looking for. This is your time to share your story—and my time to listen, offer guidance, and begin shaping a plan that feels right for you.
Following this conversation, you’ll receive a bespoke quote and time frame tailored specifically to your project and its unique needs.
Pre-shoot
Time to roll camera! Filming is relaxed, collaborative, and tailored to you. Whether it’s a one-off shoot or a multi-day project, everything is handled with care to capture authentic moments that reflect your story and purpose.
Film
This is where the magic happens. Your footage is edited with precision and creativity, incorporating music, colour grading, text overlays, and any bespoke features we discussed. I’ll keep you in the loop with drafts so we can fine-tune it together.
Editing
Amend
Once approved, you’ll receive your beautifully finished video in the formats you need—ready to share, showcase, and be proud of. If your project includes multiple edits or versions, these will be delivered as agreed.
Any last amendments are made if needed.
Delivery
Half day and day rates
If you are looking to hire on a more adhoc basis, we offer that as well. All prices include one round of editing and basic equipment.
